Firearms Refresher Course

1. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.
2. A gun in the hand is better than a cop on the phone.
3. Colt: the original point and click interface.
4. Gun control is not about guns; it's about control.
5. If guns are outlawed, can we use swords?
6. If guns cause crime, then pencils cause misspelled words.
7. Free men do not ask permission to bear arms.
8. If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.
9. Those who trade liberty for security have neither.
10. The United States Constitution (c)1791. All Rights Reserved.
11. What part of "shall not be infringed" do you not understand?
12. The Second Amendment is in place in case the politicians ignore theothers.
13. 64,999,987 firearms owners killed no one yesterday.
14. Guns only have two enemies: rust and politicians.
15. Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.
16. You don't shoot to kill; you shoot to stay alive.
17. 911: government-sponsored Dial-a-prayer.
18. Assault is a behavior, not a device.
19. Criminals love gun control; it makes their jobs safer and easier.
20. If guns cause crime, then matches cause arson.
21. Only a government that is afraid of its citizens tries to control them.
22. You have only the rights you are willing to fight for.
23. Enforce the gun control laws we ALREADY have; don't make more.
24. When you remove the people's right to bear arms, you create slaves.
25. The American Revolution would never have happened with gun control.

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drugdealer an "unlicensed pharmacist."

Of all the states...

...why South Carolina?!

"I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so because some people out there, in our nation, don't have maps..."

wedding website...in progress

I am working on a website for our wedding guests. Check out our site. Keep in mind we are still in the early stages of planning. There's not much to post right now.

no longer a spinster

We went out geocaching last Wednesday down by the beach. Well, unbeknownst to me, The Pope got the help of his friend Matt to set the whole thing up. (geocaching is like a scavenger hunt with GPS) The Pope told me there was a cache (treasure you hunt) at this gazebo that he had already found and told me to look for it. While I searched for a box under the gazebo, Jon's friend Matt hid behind a bush taking pictures and video of the whole thing. I finally found the box and sat down to log my find. I opened the plastic box and there was a ring box inside. I opened up the ring box and started crying. The Pope got down on one knee and said, "Is that a yes?" And I said, "You haven't asked me a question yet." The Pope said, "You are my best friend. I can't imagine being without you. I was wondering, if you aren't busy, would you spend the rest of your life with me?" Surfers started whistling and clapping for us when we kissed.
We are going to hold off on planning and just enjoy being engaged through the end of the year. We'll probably have the ceremony here in Wilmington in May or June.

what do you serve with coffee?

I have really gotten into coffee lately...making it at home. Jon bought a french press that we use everyday, and I've been using my cappuccino machine a lot, too.
I really like those $.99 muffin mixes and the scones at Starbucks. I wonder what everyone else serves with their coffee. Please forward recipes, too. Thanks!
