The Pope's Irish Coffee

The Pope's favorite winter time drink is Irish Coffee.  After a few attempts, he's gotten pretty darn good at making 'em.

Irish whiskey
coffee
granulated sugar
heavy cream

Add two teaspoonfuls of sugar to the glass.  Then add the coffee (The Pope adds coffee until it reaches the top of the handle of the glass).  Add a shot of whiskey.  This is the tricky part.....to get that great layering effect, pour the heavy cream into the glass over the back of a spoon.
